Austin Institute of Dental Medicine (AIDM) is seeking enthusiastic, patient-focused Registered Dental Assistants to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside residents and nationally recognized faculty in a fast-paced educational environment where advanced dentistry is performed every day.

What You’ll Do

• Assist residents and faculty with a variety of specialty dental procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms before and after patient care.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA and infection control standards.
• Take digital radiographs, intraoral photographs, and impressions.
• Educate patients on treatment and post-operative care.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Open Dental.
• Coordinate efficiently with clinical and administrative teams to provide an exceptional patient experience.
• Keep operatories stocked, organized, and ready for patient care.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and professional work environment.

Qualifications

• Current Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) License
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
• Nitrous Oxide Monitoring Certification (preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Open Dental experience is a plus, but not required
