Full Time Dental Assistant
Griffin, GA
Grinville Dental Clinic is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our growing team. We are an expanded-hours dental practice that serves our community beyond traditional office hours, and we are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering exceptional patient care.
Schedule
- Tuesday through Friday: 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM
- Occasional Saturdays: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM (typically once per month based on availability)
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience required
- Comfortable assisting with extractions and surgical procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy practice
Responsibilities
- Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures
- Assist with extractions and other surgical procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments
- Maintain sterilization and infection control standards
- Educate patients on treatment and post-operative instructions
- Maintain accurate clinical records
- Help create an exceptional patient experience
