About the Role:
We’re looking for a Practice Manager to help lead our health center (Medical, Dental and Mental Health services) and keep things running smoothly. This role is all about supporting our mission of providing the best care possible for our patients while making sure our staff and providers have what they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities & Objectives:
- Keep clinical operations running in a smooth, efficient, and effective way.
- Support staff by making good hires, equipping them with tools and resources, and addressing performance when needed.
- Ensure providers have the right support staff, up-to-date procedures, and a cohesive work environment.
- Maintain and update procedures and policies so we can deliver the highest quality care.
- Manage schedules for providers, support staff, and volunteers across all disciplines.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, reporting requirements, and internal policies.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare practice management _preferred _(nonprofit/community health background is a plus).
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
- A team player who is mission-driven and committed to the care of our patients.
