We're looking for an experienced Dental Assistant who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care and enjoys working in a modern, technology-driven practice. If you're dependable, organized, and take pride in delivering outstanding care, we'd love to meet you.

You'll work alongside an experienced dentist using advanced technology, including 3Shape TRIOS intraoral scanner, CBCT, digital X-rays, and Eaglesoft, while helping patients receive high-quality dental treatment in a professional and supportive environment.

Schedule

Full-Time or Part-Time

• Monday: 9AM - 6PM
• Wednesday: 9AM - 6PM
• Thursday: 10AM - 5PM
• Saturday: 9AM - 3PM or Sunday 9AM-3PM (alternating weekends; weekend schedules are flexible)

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $24.00–$28.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials
• Take digital dental X-rays
• Capture digital impressions using a 3Shape TRIOS intraoral scanner
• Pour impressions and fabricate temporary crowns
• Maintain sterilization and infection control standards
• Prepare restorative materials
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
• Schedule appointments and maintain patient records using Eaglesoft or Dentrix
• Assist with front office duties as needed, including insurance verification, answering phones, and payment processing
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience
• Illinois X-Ray Certification
• Strong chairside assisting skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work in person in Bloomingdale, Illinois

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual
• Experience with Eaglesoft
• Experience using a 3Shape TRIOS intraoral scanner
• Experience fabricating temporary crowns
