Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator

At Wired Orthodontics, we're looking for an energetic, people-loving Treatment Coordinator who enjoys building relationships, helping patients feel confident, and turning great conversations into life-changing smiles.

What You'll Do Guide patients through their orthodontic treatment options with confidence and compassion Explain financial options and help patients find a payment plan that works for them Follow up with prospective patients and keep the schedule full Prepare for new patient consultations and support an exceptional patient experience Coordinate referrals with specialists when needed Build lasting relationships with patients and families Represent Wired Orthodontics at community events and local marketing opportunities

What We're Looking For At least 1 year of sales, customer service, or patient care experience A natural ability to connect with people and build trust Strong communication and relationship-building skills Positive attitude, coachable mindset, and willingness to learn Organized, proactive, and comfortable following up with leads High school diploma or equivalent required Bilingual is a plus
