About Us We are an independent, doctor-owned private practice dedicated to delivering ethical, boutique, and patient-first general dentistry. We firmly believe in doing what is right for our patients—never pushing unnecessary treatments, cutting corners, or chasing aggressive corporate sales quotas.
We pride ourselves on creating a low-stress, highly collaborative, and supportive workplace where every team member is valued. If you are looking for a long-term home where you can grow professionally, take pride in the care you present, and enjoy true work-life balance, we’d love to meet you!
Why Join Our Team? 4-Day Work Week: We operate strictly Monday through Thursday—every weekend is a reliable 3-day weekend. Competitive Pay: We offer a strong, highly competitive base salary that reflects your experience and dedication. No Insurance or Data-Entry Headaches: We outsource our primary billing and insurance verification. Our modern tech stack—along with upcoming AI workflows—eliminates front-desk friction, menial tasks, and mind-numbing phone calls with insurance companies so you can focus on what matters. True Autonomy & Support: Enjoy a workplace where your operational ideas matter, your effort is recognized, and you have doctor-backed support every step of the way.
Role Overview & Responsibilities As our Treatment Coordinator, you will be the bridge between clinical diagnosis and patient care. You will take full ownership of helping patients understand their treatment plans, navigating financial options, and feeling confident in choosing PA Dental Arts for their oral health.
Key Responsibilities: Present comprehensive treatment plans with clarity, warmth, and confidence. Discuss payment options, third-party financing, and co-pays to make care accessible. Guide the patient through their care journey from consultation to scheduling. Maintain a welcoming, organized, and high-vibe front office environment. Collaborate closely with Dr and the clinical team to ensure seamless handoffs and scheduling alignment. (Bonus Opportunity) Help tell our practice story online! Experience or interest in local marketing, social media, or content creation is a big plus, though not required. Qualifications
Experience: REQUIRED 2 Years Experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator, Financial Coordinator, Front Desk Lead, or Dental Office Manager looking to focus purely on patient engagement. Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build immediate trust and present treatment with empathy and clarity. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating modern dental software and digital platforms. Growth Mindset: Motivated, self-driven, and passionate about helping build a thriving practice.
