We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Office / Patient Care Coordinator who enjoys helping patients and thrives in a professional, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Verify dental insurance benefits and obtain accurate insurance breakdowns before appointments.
• Confirm patient eligibility, frequencies, deductibles, downgrades, and coverage limitations.
• Check patients in and out while providing exceptional customer service.
• Present treatment plans clearly and confidently, answer patient questions, and discuss financial options.
• Schedule appointments efficiently to optimize the doctor’s schedule.
• Collect patient payments and maintain accurate financial records.
• Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Communicate with insurance companies regarding benefits and claims as needed.
• Maintain patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Help create a warm, welcoming, boutique experience for every patient.

Qualifications

• Previous dental front office experience preferred.
• Experience with dental insurance verification and treatment plan presentation is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• Comfortable discussing finances and helping patients understand their treatment options.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and a team-first mindset.
• Experience with dental practice management software is a plus.
