Your Role As our Treatment Care Coordinator, you’ll serve as each patient’s guide through their treatment journey by helping them understand their care, navigate financial options, maximize insurance benefits, and feel confident moving forward with treatment. This role is central to helping patients receive the care they need while supporting the practice’s commitment to comprehensive dentistry.
Responsibilities -Present treatment recommendations with confidence and compassion -Educate patients on the value and benefits of recommended care -Discuss financial arrangements and available payment options -Coordinate doctor schedules and treatment appointments -Monitor unscheduled treatment and patient follow up -Collaborate with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure an outstanding patient experience -Help patients overcome concerns and feel confident moving forward with treatment -Maintain accurate documentation and support practice growth initiatives
Qualifications -Dental treatment coordination experience preferred -Strong communication and relationship-building skills -Knowledge of dental insurance and financing options -Organized with excellent attention to detail -Comfortable discussing treatment plans and financial arrangements -Positive, compassionate, and solutions focused -Experience with Eaglesoft is a plus
Compensation & Benefits -$28-32 per hour, based on experience
