Office Manager – Dental Studio of Marin (San Rafael, CA)
Join one of Marin County’s newest, most modern dental practices. Dental Studio of Marin is a brand-new, state-of-the-art practice in the heart of downtown San Rafael, designed with the latest technology and a patient-first philosophy. We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and highly motivated Dental Office Manager to help build an exceptional team and create an outstanding patient experience from the ground up.

Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day operations of the practice Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop an exceptional team Create and implement efficient office systems and workflows Oversee scheduling, patient flow, and front office operations Coach team members to deliver an outstanding patient experience Monitor practice performance, KPIs, and production goals Ensure excellent communication with patients and team members Maintain compliance with practice policies and industry standards Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of dental office management experience Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience with Open Dental practice management software (preferred) Familiarity with Weave or similar patient communication platforms Proven ability to build, motivate, and lead high-performing teams Knowledge of PPO insurance, treatment coordination, scheduling, and collections Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
