Wethersfield Dental Group is seeking an experienced, patient-focused Endodontist to join our practice one day per week.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Endodontist looking to add one productive day to their schedule without having to build a patient base from scratch. We have an established patient population and a strong need for in-house endodontic care, with cases currently being referred outside the practice.

Ideal Candidate

• DDS/DMD and completion of an accredited Endodontic residency
• Active Connecticut dental license or eligibility
• Experienced with molar endodontics and complex cases
• Retreatment experience preferred
• Excellent clinical and patient communication skills
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
• Committed to providing an exceptional patient experience

The Opportunity

Our goal is to create a full, efficient Endodontic day by keeping appropriate specialty cases within the practice and providing our Endodontist with strong clinical and administrative support.

Schedule: One day per week Compensation: Competitive percentage of collections, negotiable based on experience
