Front Office Associate

What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of dental office experience and be comfortable working in a busy, patient-focused environment.
Responsibilities will include:
Patient scheduling and appointment coordination Answering phones and assisting patients professionally and warmly Patient check-in and check-out Helping maintain a productive and well-organized schedule Discussing treatment and helping patients schedule recommended care Following up with patients regarding unscheduled treatment Assisting with insurance and patient account questions Collecting payments and discussing financial arrangements Maintaining accurate patient information Working closely with the clinical and administrative team to provide an exceptional patient experience What Matters to Us

Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of dental office experience required Strong communication and organizational skills Professional and friendly demeanor Dependable with a strong work ethic Comfortable learning new systems and processes
