Dental Front Office

We are looking for an experienced dental business team member who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in doing things well, and understands that the details matter.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with:

• Open Dental Practice Management Software
• Treatment plan presentation
• Insurance verification
• Scheduling and appointment coordination
• Patient communication and follow-through
• Excellent written and verbal communication is a non-negotiable requirement. Proper grammar, spelling, punctuation, and attention to detail are essential in all patient and team communications.

We are looking for someone who brings a positive outlook, strong critical-thinking skills, efficiency, and excellent follow-through to their work. You should be comfortable managing multiple priorities, identifying solutions, and taking ownership of tasks from start to finish. We are looking for someone who is reliable, punctual, and takes ownership of their responsibilities. Professional written and verbal communication is non-negotiable, including proper grammar, spelling, punctuation, and attention to detail.

We are a privately owned, multi-doctor general dentistry practice in the beautiful Vinings area, with a collaborative team and a strong commitment to exceptional patient care. We value being prepared and ready to serve our patients on time. The business team reports by 7:05 AM, with patient care hours from 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Monday through Thursday and 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM on Friday.
