Orthodontic Front End Specialist

We are excited to invite a dedicated, personable, and motivated team member to join our growing orthodontic practice as a Front End Specialist.

We are looking for someone with *at least 1 year of orthodontic or dental front office experience *who is seeking a long-term position in a supportive, team-oriented environment. What You Will Do

This is an active front office position that plays an important role in both creating an exceptional patient experience and in the growth of the practice.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming patients and providing exceptional patient service
• Answering phones and communicating with patients by phone, text, and email with a warm, friendly and professional tone
• Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments
• Proactively scheduling and following up with new patient inquiries
• Monitoring the schedule and helping fill openings
• Communicating professionally with referring dental offices
• Insurance verification and billing/payment responsibilities
• Checking patients in and out and maintaining accurate patient records
• Working closely with doctors, clinical assistants, and the front office team
• Following office systems and communication standards
• Helping wherever needed to keep the practice running smoothly
