About the Role Oral Surgeon, $500,000 to $800,000 a year, Monday through Friday, $20,000 sign-on bonus. Arkansas Oral and Facial Surgery Center is hiring in Fayetteville, AR (Northwest Arkansas) and welcoming candidates from the greater Tulsa area who are open to relocating about 2 hours east. You'll join a fully staffed practice averaging over $2 million in annual production, with RNs, RDAs, and a dedicated business support team already in place, plus CBCT on site.

What You'll Do • Perform extractions, dental sedation, bone grafting, dental implants, and facial trauma treatment • Diagnose and treat conditions of the oral and maxillofacial region • Work alongside a fully staffed clinical and administrative team • Build long-term patient relationships in a high-volume, well-supported practice

What You'll Bring Required: • Completion of a U.S.-accredited Oral Surgery residency program • DDS or DMD from a U.S.-accredited dental school • Active Arkansas dental license, or ability to obtain one • Active federal DEA registration, or ability to obtain one Preferred: • Candidates open to licensing or relocating to Arkansas
