Pediatric Dentist

Our established and highly regarded pediatric dental practice in Decatur, Georgia is seeking a Part-Time Pediatric Dentist to join our team two days per week. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider looking to supplement an existing schedule while practicing in a supportive, patient-focused environment.

As a provider in our practice, you will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional pediatric dental care to a loyal patient base while working alongside an experienced and collaborative team dedicated to creating positive dental experiences for children and their families.

Ideal Candidates Will:

Hold an active Georgia dental license and have completed a Pediatric Dentistry residency program Be board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatric Dentistry Be committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care for infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs Demonstrate excellent communication skills with both children and parents Create a welcoming, positive, and comfortable environment for young patients Collaborate effectively with clinical and administrative team members Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and standards of care

Clinical Responsibilities:

Comprehensive pediatric examinations and diagnosis Preventive dentistry, including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants Restorative dentistry for pediatric patients Behavior management and patient education Pulp therapy and pediatric crowns Emergency and urgent dental care Treatment planning and parent consultations Care for children with varying dental and behavioral needs

Experience with sedation dentistry is a plus but not required. We welcome candidates who are passionate about pediatric dentistry and dedicated to helping children establish healthy oral habits that last a lifetime.
