As an Associate Dentist working Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, you will have the freedom to focus on what you do best, great dentistry, without the headaches of running a practice on your own. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services including exams, cleanings, restorations, extractions, and more
• Diagnose and treatment plan patients with a focus on long-term oral health outcomes
• Build genuine, lasting relationships with patients through compassionate and thorough care
• Collaborate with the Tomball clinical team and support staff to ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records in the practice management system
• Uphold FLOSS Dental's standards for clinical excellence and patient satisfaction

Requirements:

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited program
• Active Texas dental license in good standing
• DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
• CPR/BLS certification (required)
• Strong clinical skills across a broad range of general dentistry procedures
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Team-first attitude and commitment to outstanding patient care
