Experienced Dental Associate – Northern Berkshires Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available Our ultra-modern, fully digital dental practice in the Northern Berkshires is seeking an experienced Dental Associate to join our exceptional team. We are a highly respected, family-oriented practice that puts patients first — always. What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate: Has a minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience
Is confident in diagnosing and comprehensive treatment planning
Has strong clinical skills in general dentistry
Is compassionate and patient-focused
Has a fun-loving, positive personality
Is eager to learn and embrace new technologies (not stuck in outdated methods)
Responsibilities Diagnose and treatment plan all aspects of general dentistry
Perform anterior and posterior root canals (refer complex cases as appropriate)
Read and interpret digital X-rays and CBCT (cone beam imaging)
Perform digital scans and clinical photography
Conduct hygiene exams
Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and team members
Maintain a high standard of clinical excellence in a fast-paced environment
Requirements Minimum 3-5 years of dental experience
Strong multitasking ability in a busy practice
High personal integrity and strong work ethic
Commitment to creating a positive experience for patients and staff
