About the Role $10,000 Sign On Bonus | Lakelands Dental Arts is hiring a full-time Dental Hygienist in Greenwood for a consistent Monday-Thursday schedule and single-chair hygiene. The role focuses on individualized preventive care, patient education, and working closely with the dentist and support team to keep the day organized. This is a four-day position in one practice with no Friday schedule listed.

What You'll Do • Provide preventive dental hygiene care based on individual patient needs • Educate patients on oral health and home care • Take diagnostic-quality radiographs • Maintain accurate and complete clinical documentation • Follow sterilization and infection-control standards • Work with the dental team to support efficient patient flow

What You'll Bring Required: • Active South Carolina Dental Hygiene license • Current CPR certification • Ability to take diagnostic-quality radiographs • Ability to meet required background-screening requirements Preferred: • Strong patient education skills • Experience working collaboratively with dentists, assistants, and administrative teams
