Treatment Plan Coordinator

We are a busy, well-established family dental practice looking to welcome an experienced and personable Insurance and FInancial Coordinator to our team. This role is ideal for someone who truly enjoys helping patients understand their dental care and feels confident guiding them through the treatment process. As a key member of our front office, you will work closely with the doctor and clinical team to educate patients on recommended treatment, coordinate scheduling with both patient needs and practice goals in mind, and ensure a smooth, positive experience from start to finish. You will also assist patients with understanding financial options, including third-party financing, and help make care affordable and accessible.

What we’re looking for:     •    A patient-focused, friendly, and confident professional    •    Experience in verifying and inputting insurance benefits in Dentrix Practice Management Software.
  •    Experience in submitting/tracking claims and posting/adjusting insurance payments   •    Experience analyzing patient accounts and sending electronic billing statements in Dentrix     •    Experience presenting treatment plans and answering patient questions     •    Strong scheduling and time-management skills with an awareness of production goals     •    Comfort discussing financial options and assisting with financing applications     •    Dentrix experience required     •    Minimum of 5 years of front desk dental experience
