Dental Front Office

We are an established private dental practice looking for a friendly, reliable and personable Front Office Coordinator to join our awesome team. This position plays a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience while supporting treatment acceptance and maintaining an efficient and productive schedule. We require a minimum of 2 years of experience, and offer monthly bonuses, as well as competitive compensation based on experience. An ideal candidate would be someone who is motivated and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients with a warm, friendly demeanor
Manage patient scheduling and optimize daily flow
Verify and understand dental insurance plans, and communicate coverage accurately
Present and review treatment plans with clarity and confidence
Discuss financial options and assist patients in moving forward with care
Follow up on unscheduled treatment and outstanding accounts
Handle front office administrative duties efficiently

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of dental front office experience required
Strong knowledge of dental insurance and billing processes
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proactive, dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and team-focused
Proficiency in Dentrix is a plus
