Treatment Counselor+Treatment Coordinator+Patient Care Coordinator

The Treatment Counselor is the champion of patient satisfaction in the office. Treatment counselors will ensure that patients receive a great experience and understand the treatment diagnosed by the dentist. They will also be financial and insurance benefit coordinator experts to obtain treatment acceptance from our patients. Primary Responsibilities: Exceed patient expectations in customer service Achieve sales and collection goals Greet, communicate and keep patients informed about their visit Obtain high treatment acceptance by explaining cost of treatment, insurance coverage and financial alternatives. Solicit referrals from patients Ensure highly productive days by managing patient scheduling Patient retention

Requirements: 1-3 years dental treatment coordinating (indemnity/PPO/HMO) 1-3 years customer service or sales experience Knowledge of Dental Billing Equivalent of HS Diploma or GED Working Knowledge of Microsoft suite Self-motivated and ambitious sales attitude Excellent communication skills Outgoing and friendly personality
