Lead Dentist

We are a fast-growing, modern, Spanish-friendly dental practice (misonrisa.com) looking for a Lead Dentist. We serve a large Hispanic community and offer dental and orthodontic services.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist looking for a stable, supportive, high-volume environment with strong income potential and a great team.

POSITION DETAILS

• Spanish-speaking strongly preferred (large Spanish-speaking patient base)
• Modern digital office with clean workflow
• Staffed with experienced assistants
• You show up and focus on dentistry — we handle patients, marketing, supplies, billing, and scheduling

COMPENSATION

• *Percentage of Collections with Daily Minimum Guarantees *
• Can be negotiated

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform general dentistry procedures
• Collaborate with orthodontic team
• Maintain clear communication with both English and Spanish-speaking patients
• Help grow the practice with great clinical results and patient satisfaction

QUALIFICATIONS

• DDS/DMD from accredited dental school
• Valid Texas dental license
• Comfortable with restorative dentistry and extractions
• Spanish-speaking is a major plus
