We're looking for an Licensed Dental Assistant with a calm positive attitude and who takes pride in providing exceptional patient experiences and thrives in a collaborative and caring environment. We are a PPO / fee for service office that was started about year ago with a mission to become a one stop dental office for all ages and all kinds of dental work. Our dentist is highly trained with over 20 years of experience providing general and specialized services with minimal referral which our patients appreciate the most. Our biggest strength is SAME DAY EMERGENCY CARE . You will be well treated , respected and rewarded for your hard work and contribution.

Schedule

  • Monday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Compensation

Starting at $32/Hr based on experience.

What You'll Do

As a key member of our clinical team, you'll partner closely with our doctor to deliver exceptional care while helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and supported throughout their visit.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist providers using four-handed dentistry techniques
  • Prepare treatment rooms and patients for a variety of procedures
  • Take digital radiographs and intraoral images. We use open dental software.
  • Ensure operatories are clean, organized, and fully stocked
  • Sterilize instruments in accordance with OSHA and CDC standards
  • Provide patient education before, during, and after treatment
  • Fabricate temporary restorations and complete expanded functions as permitted by licensure
  • Maintain accurate electronic patient records
  • Support efficient patient flow while delivering an exceptional patient experience
  • Collaborate with providers and front office team members to keep the day running smoothly

Qualifications

  • Current Minnesota Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA)
  • CPR/BLS Certification
  • Knowledge of OSHA and CDC infection control standards
  • Experience with digital radiography and open dental software is plus
  • Coronal polishing and other expanded functions preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Previous chairside dental assisting experience preferred
