Job Title: Dental Assistant/ Sterile Tech Schedule: [Monday-Thursday 9am-6 pm]
Great Opportunity to Learn & Grow! We’re a busy, modern dental practice looking for a motivated Entry-Level Dental Assistant / Sterile Tech to join our team full time. This role is perfect for someone with some dental experience who is eager to learn, works well under pressure, and can pick up new tasks quickly in a fast-paced environment. We provide on-the-job training, support, and the chance to grow your skills every day!
Responsibilities:
- Assist chairside and support clinical team as needed
- Prepare & turn over treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
- Clean, sterilize, and organize instruments and equipment
- Take and develop digital X-rays and update patient charts
- Seat patients and ensure comfort throughout appointments
- Stock operatories and keep supplies organized
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the operatory
- Follow all infection control and safety protocols
- Willingness to jump in and help where needed
- Learn new clinical and office tasks as you grow in the role
Qualifications:
- Dental Assistant Certification (6 months experience preferred)
- X-ray certification
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Quick learner who can adapt to new tasks and routines
- Knowledge of dental software and charting
· Willingness to learn about dentistry
· Exceptional communication and multi-tasking skills
- Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work well in a team environment
