Job Description

About Us: At Baseline Dental Practice, we're passionate about providing exceptional dental care in a warm, welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable and valued. Our team is committed to delivering outstanding service while creating positive experiences for every patient who walks through our doors.

We're currently looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. The ideal candidate is a team player with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine passion for helping patients. If you take pride in providing excellent care, enjoy working in a supportive environment, and want to be part of one of Rancho Cucamonga's premier dental practices, we'd love to meet you!

Schedule: Monday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Tuesday–Thursday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, and three Saturdays per month from 8:00 AM–2:00 PM.

As a non-HMO practice, we intentionally avoid overbooking our schedule, allowing us to provide personalized, high-quality care while maintaining a relaxed work environment and finishing on time. We are committed to ethical dentistry and always recommend treatment based on what is genuinely in the patient's best interest—never unnecessary procedures or sales-driven goals.

  • Assist in orthodontics. (Will be taught)
  • Substitute instructor for a dental assisting program.

Requirements:

  • Valid Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in the state of California.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • More than 1 year of experience.
  • X-ray certification.

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate of $24-25 per hour.
  • Paid vacation time after 1 year.
  • IRA matching after 2 years
  • Dental benefits for employees and their dependents.
  • Bonus program for reviews.
  • Holiday pay.
