What You'll Do
As an Dental Assistant, you'll play an important role in creating confident smiles while supporting our orthodontists and providing an exceptional patient experience.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting the orthodontist during patient treatment Preparing treatment rooms and orthodontic instruments Sterilizing instruments following OSHA and infection control standards Taking digital X-rays, intraoral scans, photographs, and impressions Entering accurate clinical notes into patient records Educating patients on oral hygiene and appliance care Fabricating Essix retainers and assisting with basic laboratory duties Preparing and tracking laboratory cases Keeping operatories clean, organized, and patient-ready

Who We're Looking For
We're searching for individuals who are:
High school graduate or equivalent Passionate about patient care Reliable with strong attendance Positive, coachable, and eager to learn Organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Excellent communicators with a professional attitude Experience Preferred At least 6 months of experience in a dental office or healthcare setting Orthodontic experience is a plus—but not required Experience with digital scanners is a plus
No Dental Assistant license? No problem! If you're motivated and ready to learn, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.
Work Schedule
We care for children, teens, and working adults, so flexibility is important.
Full-Time On-site Some evenings and Saturdays Local travel between nearby offices may be required
