Overview: Traveling Orthodontic Dental Assistant
Monarch Dental – Cedar Hill, TX Supported by Smile Brands
Monarch Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is looking for an experienced Traveling Orthodontic Dental Assistant to join our team in the Cedar Hill, TX area. This position is ideal for a dental professional who enjoys variety, is comfortable traveling between dental practices, and has experience in both orthodontics and general dentistry.
Schedule (days/hours): 03/24 Responsibilities: Travel between assigned Monarch Dental locations to provide orthodontic dental assisting support Assist orthodontists and dental teams with patient care and clinical procedures Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and equipment for orthodontic procedures Assist with orthodontic procedures, including bracket placement, adjustments, impressions/scans, and other clinical duties as appropriate Take and prepare dental records and radiographs as directed Provide patients with clear instructions regarding orthodontic treatment and post-treatment care Support general dentistry procedures and assist the dental team when needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment Follow all infection control, safety, and practice protocols Deliver an exceptional patient experience at every location Qualifications: Previous orthodontic dental assisting experience strongly preferred Experience in general dentistry is highly preferred Dental Assistant certification/registration as required by the state of Texas Experience working with orthodontic patients and treatment procedures Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with different dental teams and providers Comfortable traveling between multiple dental practice locations Reliable, adaptable, and able to work independently Commitment to providing excellent patient care Why Join Monarch Dental / Smile Brands?

Compensation: 18.00- 20.00/hour About:
