In this role, you will perform endodontic procedures and services for patients based on internal dental evaluations and treatment plans, diagnosing and treating complex cases.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with general dentists, specialists, and support staff to develop effective treatment plans aligned with patient needs
• Perform advanced endodontic procedures: root canals, retreatment, and microsurgery.
• Deliver a patient experience that combines clinical excellence with a warm and caring approach.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, including documentation of procedures, diagnoses, and patient communications in compliance with HIPAA and state healthcare regulations
• Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques during all procedures to safeguard patient health
• Stay current with advancements in endodontic techniques, dental technology, and industry best practices through ongoing professional development

Requirements

• DDS or DMD with a completed endodontics residency/specialty training.
• Current state dental license.
• Experience performing root canals, retreatment, and apicoectomies. (A minimum of 2 years of experience as an endodontist is preferred)
• Skilled in performing complex procedures including root canal therapy, dental implants, oral surgery, and prosthodontics as needed
• Strong client communication skills to explain diagnoses and treatment options clearly and compassionately
• Familiarity with infection control standards, aseptic techniques, and sterilization processes within a dental office environment

Pay: $600.00 - $850.00 per day
