Gentle Dental is seeking a full-time Oral Surgeon to establish and grow a thriving surgical practice based in our Keizer, Oregon office.

You’ll step into an established referral network with strong patient demand, modern technology, and dedicated clinical support — giving you the foundation to build a busy surgical schedule without having to build a practice from scratch.

Prefer to grow beyond Keizer? You’ll also have the opportunity to add days at additional Gentle Dental locations and further expand your patient base and earning potential.

EXPECTED ANNUAL EARNINGS: $300,000–$500,000+

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Certificate from an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency program

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

Active Oregon dental license or ability to obtain one prior to employment

Current CPR certification

DEA registration and NPI, or ability to obtain prior to start
