Oral Surgeon

Oral Surgeon Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Oral Surgeon to join our dynamic dental team. This vital role involves providing expert surgical care for a diverse patient population, including complex oral and maxillofacial procedures. Header Duties

• Perform complex oral and maxillofacial surgeries, including dental extractions, implant placements, biopsies, cyst removals, and trauma management with precision and care.
• Assess patient needs thoroughly through detailed medical and dental histories, clinical examinations, and appropriate medical imaging to develop effective treatment plans.
• Collaborate closely with general dentists, pediatric dentists, prosthodontists, and other specialists to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain meticulous medical documentation and dental records in compliance with HIPAA and state healthcare regulations while ensuring accuracy in all medical records.
• Uphold infection control protocols using aseptic techniques to ensure a sterile environment during all procedures.
• Stay current with advancements in oral surgery techniques, anatomy knowledge, medical terminology, and healthcare diagnosis to provide the highest quality care.

Skills

• Deep familiarity with dental terminology, infection control standards, aseptic technique, and HIPAA compliance.
• Ability to perform patient assessment effectively to determine appropriate treatment strategies within the scope of general dentistry and specialized oral surgery procedures.

Full support staff.

CT and digital imaging on site.

Full lab on site for dentures and digital dentistry.

Ability to place and restore same day dental implants. All on X cases, single and multiple implant cases.

We have a board certified Anesthesiologist on Staff.

Pay: $250.00 - $750,000.00 per year
