Peak Family Dentistry is looking for an exceptional Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team.

We are a growing, doctor-led private dental practice focused on providing excellent dentistry while creating an environment where our team enjoys coming to work. What You'll Do

As a Registered Dental Hygienist at Peak Family Dentistry, you'll provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care while helping patients understand and take ownership of their oral health.

Responsibilities include:

• Comprehensive preventive hygiene care
• Periodontal assessment and periodontal therapy
• Digital radiographs and clinical documentation
• Reviewing medical and dental histories
• Patient education and home-care recommendations
• Identifying clinical findings and communicating them clearly to patients and doctors
• Working closely with the doctor during exams and treatment planning
• Maintaining excellent infection-control and clinical standards
• Helping create an exceptional experience for every patient

Who We're Looking For

Required:

• Current Tennessee Registered Dental Hygienist license
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
• Dependable, professional and team-oriented

Preferred:

• At least one year of clinical hygiene experience
• Experience with digital charting and radiography
• Experience with intraoral scanning

Newer hygienists with strong clinical skills, a great attitude and a desire to grow are also encouraged to apply.
