Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an assistant who enjoys advanced dentistry and wants to continue developing their skills in prosthodontics, implant dentistry, and digital workflows.

Previous surgical and implant experience is strongly preferred.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, comfortable in a fast-paced clinical environment, and able to anticipate the doctor's and patient's needs throughout treatment.

Responsibilities

• Chairside assisting for restorative, prosthodontic, and implant procedures
• Assist with implant surgeries and other surgical procedures
• Prepare surgical operatories, instruments, and materials
• Maintain proper surgical setup, aseptic technique, and breakdown
• Take digital radiographs
• Assist with intraoral scanning and digital impressions
• Take clinical photographs
• Prepare treatment rooms before and after procedures
• Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment
• Maintain clinical supplies and monitor inventory
• Assist with impressions, provisional restorations, and prosthetic procedures
• Organize implant components and surgical materials
• Assist with laboratory cases and digital workflows
• Accurately document clinical information
• Provide patients with pre-operative and post-operative instructions
• Help maintain efficient patient flow throughout the clinical day

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience preferred
• X-ray certification required
• EDDA certification preferred
• Implant and/or oral surgery experience strongly preferred
• Experience with digital scanning is beneficial
• Experience with CAD/CAM, milling, or 3D printing is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills
• Comfortable learning new technology and clinical techniques
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a small team
• Self-motivated and able to anticipate what needs to be done without constant direction

Schedule

Full-time: approximately 30–34 hours per week

Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

Compensation

Starting at $16.00 per hour, with compensation based on experience, qualifications, and surgical/digital dentistry experience.
