Marketing Representative Orthodontist

Responsibilities include:

• Answering phone calls and assisting patients
• Greeting patients with a friendly, welcoming attitude
• Scheduling and managing appointments
• Answering patient questions and providing support
• Assist with marketing tasks, social media posts, etc..
• Required to commute to both locations Collegeville and Gilbertsville

What we’re looking for:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Multitasking is a must.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Dental or orthodontic experience preferred
• Familiarity with Dolphin software is a plus (but not required)
• A willingness to learn new skills and grow with the practice
