We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Orthodontic Dental Assistant to join our thriving team! The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, is a team player, and can effectively multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Specific job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Provide seamless chairside support to the orthodontist using efficient four-handed dentistry techniques Greet, seat, and screen patients while communicating patient concerns effectively to the doctor Participate in daily morning meetings and team schedule reviews to anticipate the doctor's needs in advance Review patient charts and maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records Organize and set up procedure trays according to the day's patient charts and expected treatments Prepare treatment rooms, ensuring all instruments and equipment are clean, sterilized, and ready for use according to standard protocols Promptly break down and reset treatment rooms following procedures and return instruments for sterilization Assist the orthodontist during patient procedures, including the placement and adjustment of braces, wires, appliances, Invisalign, and retainers Provide patient education on the proper care and maintenance of orthodontic appliances Take quality diagnostic records, including intraoral and extraoral photographs, intraoral scans using the iTero scanner, panoramic and cephalometric X-rays, and 3D/CBCT X-rays as needed Ensure operatories are consistently clean, stocked, and organized to support efficient patient care Manage inventory and order materials as needed Follow all infection control, sterilization, and office safety protocols Help create a positive and comfortable experience for every patient

Available to work during current office hours:

Tuesday - 8am - 5pm Wednesday - 8am - 5pm Thursday - 8am - 5pm May occasionally need to stay until 6pm
