We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental office. Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and coordinating patient flow
- Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks effectively
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and office policies
- Handle billing, insurance claims, and financial documentation with accuracy
- Maintain inventory of dental supplies and order necessary materials
- Support patient relations by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns professionally
- Oversee the implementation of office procedures to improve efficiency and service quality
- Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance
- Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and organization of the office environment
- Collaborate with dental practitioners to facilitate smooth clinical operations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing a dental or healthcare office is preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of dental practice management software (Open Dental).
- Ability to lead a team effectively and foster a positive work environment

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
