About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced, dependable Dental Front Office Associate who can confidently manage day-to-day front office responsibilities while being part of a close-knit team.
If you have experience as a Front Office Coordinator, Dental Receptionist, Treatment Coordinator, or Scheduling Coordinator, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do Patient scheduling and maintaining a productive schedule Patient check-in and check-out Insurance verification and dental insurance benefit review Filing and following up on dental claims Presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements Communicating clearly with patients regarding treatment and appointments Supporting an organized, efficient front office and exceptional patient experience Collaborating with the clinical team and helping where needed What You’ll Bring
Required
Previous dental front office experience Strong communication and people skills Dependability, organization, and attention to detail Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures Experience with insurance verification, claims, and patient scheduling Confidence discussing treatment and financial arrangements
Preferred
Eaglesoft experience Dental assisting or other clinical dental experience Experience with Dentrix, Open Dental, or similar dental software
