Compensation & Opportunity
- Daily guarantee OR percentage of adjusted production — whichever is higher
- $30,000–$40,000/month compensation potential for a productive full-time dentist
- Relocation bonus available
- Retention bonus available
- Long-term opportunity for the right doctor
- Opportunity to work at La Cantera Dental Group, Park Oaks Dental, or potentially both
Compensation potential depends on individual production, schedule, and procedures performed and is not guaranteed.
Do More Dentistry
We keep advanced procedures in-house, including:
- Implant placement and restoration
- Surgical and third-molar extractions
- Root canal therapy
- IV sedation
- General anesthesia cases
- Crown & bridge
- Restorative dentistry
- Comprehensive general dentistry
Experience with advanced procedures is a plus, but we're also open to a motivated dentist who wants to expand their clinical skills.
La Cantera Dental Group also treats special-needs patients, providing an opportunity to care for a unique and diverse patient population.
We're Looking For
We want a dentist who is:
- Clinically confident and motivated
- Patient-focused with strong communication skills
- Interested in comprehensive dentistry
- Comfortable with a busy, productive practice
- Looking for a long-term opportunity rather than just another associate position
Experienced dentists are welcome, and strong newer graduates will also be considered.
Must have or be eligible to obtain a Texas dental license.
