Duties:
- Perform general dentistry procedures such as dental examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and prosthodontics.
- Execute complex treatments including dental extractions, root and endodontics.
- Utilize advanced dental software Dentrix to document medical records accurately and maintain HIPAA compliance.
- Apply aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure patient safety during all procedures.
- Collaborate with dental specialists and laboratory technicians for precise dental fabrication and restorative work.
- Educate patients on oral health practices, treatment options, and post-procedure care to promote long-term wellness.
Requirements
- Valid state license to practice dentistry with current DEA registration if applicable.
- Proven experience in general dentistry within a busy dental clinic or office setting.
- Ability to perform dental procedures including extractions, root canals, implants, orthodontics, and pediatric dentistry confidently.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
