• Deliver a wide range of general dentistry services such as dental cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, and root canal therapy.
• Conduct dental extractions, oral surgery procedures, and prosthodontic treatments with precision and care.
• Utilize dental imaging technology and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA and state healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry to ensure efficient patient flow and optimal treatment outcomes.
• Educate patients on oral health practices, treatment options, and post-procedure care to promote long-term dental wellness.
• Adhere to infection control protocols, aseptic techniques, and sterilization procedures to ensure a safe clinical environment.

Skills

• Proficiency in dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix for scheduling, documentation, and treatment planning.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical imaging, and healthcare diagnosis relevant to dentistry.
• Experience with pediatric dentistry, orthodontics, dental implants, endodontics (root canal therapy), and oral surgery preferred.
• Excellent client communication skills with the ability to explain complex procedures clearly and compassionately.
• Familiarity with dental fabrication techniques and prosthodontic procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Commitment to infection control standards, HIPAA compliance, and understanding of medical documentation requirements.
