Associate Dentist
Job Description
Associate General Dentist | Four or Five Day Week | Mt. Juliet, TN
Revive Dentistry is hiring an associate general dentist to join our privately owned practice in Mt. Juliet, TN just east of Nashville. We’re preparing to move into a brand new, purpose built, 12 operatory dental practice in late January or early February 2027. This newly created position is an opportunity to join the team as we grow into that space.
We would welcome a start approximately 60 days before the move, but the start date is flexible for the right dentist.
Schedule: Tuesday–Thursday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.; Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. If five days is preferred, add Monday 8:00a.m.-4:00p.m.
Our practice vision is to Redefine Dentistry. Restore Confidence. Our goal is to deliver an exceptional patient experience which redefines what it traditionally means to go to the dentist and in doing so, provide great dentistry which restores confidence for those patients who may have lost it over time.
The opportunity:
You’ll provide comprehensive general dentistry, build relationships with patients, and work alongside an experienced owner doctor whose clinical focus is shifting toward surgery, implants, and larger restorative cases.
Your day to day work will include new patient exams and restorative dentistry. There are also opportunities to perform and develop your skills in endodontics, extractions, grafting, single implants, and sedation. If placing implants interests you, you can train alongside the owner and begin taking on appropriate single implant cases as your proficiency develops. The initial implant volume in this role will be limited, but with a path to grow over time.
Our workflows include CBCT, digital scanning, digital design with Exocad software, same day CEREC crowns, 3D printing, guided implant planning, and in house milling. The new building is designed with dedicated surgical suites, general restorative operatories, multiple consult rooms, and expanded hygiene capacity.
Who we’re looking for:
We’re looking for a dentist with sound clinical judgment, strong patient communication, and a willingness to learn, accept feedback, and contribute to the team. Experience with endodontics, surgical extractions, grafting, implants, or sedation is welcome but you do not need to arrive proficient in every procedure.
Clinical experience is preferred. We also welcome AEGD or GPR graduates and exceptional new graduates who can demonstrate strong fundamentals, great patient communication, and a commitment to growth.
Sedation certification is not required at hire. Because sedation is a large part of our practice, the associate will be expected to obtain the appropriate certification within the first year. Revive Dentistry will pay for the course under a separate training and service agreement.
Compensation and benefits:
- For the first 90 working days, the greater of $700 per working day or 30% of adjusted production with no lab bill deduction
- After 90 working days, 30% of adjusted production with no lab bill deduction
- 4% 401(k) match
- Paid personal time: 5 days in year one, 10 days annually beginning in year two
- A growing annual continuing education allowance, plus practice paid sedation training
If you’re looking for a four or five day schedule, a collaborative private practice, modern clinical equipment, technology, and a place to keep developing your skills, we’d love to meet you.
