Well-established single-doctor private practice in Northern Virginia seeking an experienced, patient-centered general dentist. For the right candidate, there is potential for a long-term full-time associateship.

Schedule

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• No weekends
• No on-call responsibilities

Compensation

• The higher of $800-1000/day or 33% of collections

• Orthodontic treatment

An established referral network is in place for specialty procedures.

The patient schedule consists primarily of recall examinations, preventive care, routine restorative treatment, and occasional emergency visits.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia dental license
• Experience practicing independently in a general dentistry setting
• Strong communication and patient relationship skills
• Comfortable managing a productive schedule in a fast-paced environment
