*Job Opportunity: Licensed Dentist Needed for Clinic in Puyallup, WA *

Locum Position: Part-time "Temp" Dentist

*Facility: Puyallup, WA *

• Dates: Oct 12-15, 19-22, 26-29
• Hours: 7:30a-5:30p
• Clinical Staff: 1 hygienist and 4 dental assistants
• Required procedures: including but not limited to: Surgical extractions, Denture steps/ Digital dentures, Crown & Bridge, Comprehensive treatment planning
• Avg patients per day: 10-15 EP and 5-7 NP
• Additional requirements/ info: extractions could include simple/ surgical/ full mouth

Responsibilities (can include but may not be limited to):

• Perform basic surgical procedures
• Conduct new patient exams and hygiene checks
• Administer fillings, root canals, extractions, and dentures

Contract Details:

• Compensation: $1200 per day
• Overtime Rate: $225 per hour
• Malpractice Insurance: Provided
• Travel & Lodging Expenses: Covered if necessary

Requirements:

• Updated Curriculum Vitae
• Professional License
• Active DEA Certificate required (Complete schedules required)
• Candidates must have a minimum of one year of experience as a dentist.
