10DaySmiles is seeking an experienced, dependable Lead Dentist for our Arlington location. This is an opportunity for a motivated doctor who enjoys delivering excellent dentistry, building patient relationships, and taking a leadership role within a supportive team.

About Our Practice

10DaySmiles is a privately owned, doctor-led practice founded by Dr. Emeka Abazie, DDS, who brings more than 21 years of experience. We combine comprehensive general dentistry, cosmetic smile makeovers, crowns, veneers, and implant restorations with a commitment to treating patients like family.

Our Arlington office offers a welcoming environment, experienced staff, and advanced digital technology. As a CEREC-equipped practice, we use Primescan, PrimeMill CAD/CAM, and CBCT imaging to support efficient workflows and same-day dentistry.

Who We’re Looking For

We want a doctor who takes pride in quality work, communicates warmly, and is eager to continue improving. The ideal candidate brings:

• Several years of experience in comprehensive general dentistry.
• Strong skills in crowns, veneers, and implant restorations.
• Experience with digital dentistry and an interest in advancing CEREC and same-day treatment skills.
• Confidence in diagnosis, treatment planning, and explaining treatment options.
• Excellent chairside manner and a patient-focused approach.
• The ability to work efficiently while maintaining high clinical standards.
• Dependability, accountability, and strong team leadership.
• An active Texas dental license in good standing.
