Dental Hygienist

About the Role
We are currently seeking a part-time hygienist, with the opportunity for full-time.

At Millville Family Dentistry we are focused on providing the highest quality of comprehensive dental care to the Millville area and surrounding communities. By joining our experienced team, you would be an integral part in facilitating patient care from start to finish. We value providing our patients with the proper recommendations to aid in maintaining or improving their oral health.

Compensation negotiable depending on experience level.

What You'll Do
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and best practices for 'at-home' care
• Perform dental prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing procedures
• Take bitewing, periapical, and panoramic dental radiographs (digital); intra-oral photos
• Utilize Dentrix to maintain the patient’s chart
• Provide preventive procedures such as fluoride and sealants

What You'll Bring
Required: • Active Ohio Dental Hygienist License
• CPR Certification
• Maintain Other Certifications as Required by the State for practice
• OSHA, HIPAA and Infection Control Training
Preferred:
