We're patient-focused dental practice in Franklin, TN (Cool Springs area) offering general dentistry. We're looking for a skilled, personable hygienist to join our growing team and help deliver an outstanding patient experience.
What We're Looking For
Current TN Dental Hygiene license in good standing
CPR certification
Nitrous Oxide Certification
Xray certification
5 years of clinical experience preferred. New grads are welcome to apply!
Strong chairside manner and communication skills
Reliable, team-oriented, detail-driven
What You'll Do
• Perform prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling/root planing procedures
• Take and evaluate digital X-rays
• Conduct thorough oral health assessments and screenings
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment plans, and home care
• Collaborate with the doctor and front office team
• Maintain infection control and sterilization protocols
