Biological Dentist
Job Description
Join a Patient-Centered, Fee For Service Practice Focused on Whole-Body Health
Are you a dentist who believes that oral health is an essential part of overall health and
wellness?
Are you passionate about minimally invasive dentistry, biocompatible materials,
prevention, airway health, nutrition, and treating the whole person rather than simply
treating teeth?
If so, we would love to meet you.
We are seeking a Holistic / Biological Dentist to join our growing practice. We are
looking for a dentist who shares our philosophy of integrating modern dentistry with a
biological, functional, and whole-health approach to patient care.
Our Philosophy
We believe dentistry should go beyond repairing teeth. We take the time to understand
the connection between the mouth, airway, inflammation, nutrition, sleep, lifestyle, and
overall health.
Our ideal dentist is someone who:
* Practices biological, holistic, or integrative dentistry
* Has an interest in biocompatible and non-toxic dental materials
* Understands the relationship between oral health and systemic health
* Is interested in airway, TMJ, sleep, and functional dentistry
* Educates patients rather than simply telling them what treatment they need
* Is comfortable discussing nutrition, lifestyle, and oral-systemic health
* Is interested in mercury-safe dentistry and/or safe amalgam removal protocols
* Appreciates the importance of inflammation and its potential connection to oral and
systemic health
* Provides individualized treatment based on the patient's goals, needs, and overall
health
What We Are Looking For
**Required:**
* DDS or DMD degree
* Current state dental license
* Strong clinical and communication skills
* Commitment to exceptional patient care
* Ability to build trusting, long-term relationships with patients
* A genuine interest in biological/holistic dentistry
**Desired:**
* Experience in biological, holistic, integrative, or functional dentistry
* Training in airway dentistry
* TMJ/TMD experience
* Sleep dentistry
* Ozone therapy
* PRF/PRP
* Nutritional or functional medicine education

* Ceramic implants
* Biocompatible restorative materials
*Comfortable doing extractions
*Experience with Lip/Tongue tie release
We are also open to an experienced traditional dentist who is actively transitioning into
biological/holistic dentistry and is eager to learn.
What You Can Expect
* A supportive, collaborative team
* A practice that values quality over quantity
* Time to educate and connect with patients
* An environment where comprehensive care is encouraged
* Opportunities for continued education and professional development
* The opportunity to grow your skills in biological and integrative dentistry
* A patient population that values natural, preventive, and whole-body approaches to
health
* Competitive compensation based on experience and clinical production. (Open to discussion, percentage of production or an hourly rate )
The Ideal Candidate
You are more than a clinician—you are an educator, advocate, and partner in your
patients' health.
You believe dentistry can be both technologically advanced and biologically respectful.
You want to practice dentistry in an environment where you can spend time with
patients, investigate the “why” behind dental problems, and provide treatment that
considers the person's overall health.
Who We Are
At EWSC Biological Dentistry, we believe that true health comes from understanding
how all parts of a system are connected. Our biologically integrative approach
recognizes that each element—body, soul, and spirit—is deeply intertwined, and can
only be fully appreciated in relation to the whole. For our patients, this means that not
only do we take care of the symptoms, but we care for the complete person.
Oral health is not separate from overall health. Chewing, speaking, breathing, posture,
sleep, nutrition, and the nervous system all interact, and the mouth can reveal what is
happening throughout the body and the body will be on the receiving end of any mouth
infections. That’s why our approach focuses on caring for your whole body, not just
your teeth.
We provide gentle, natural, low-toxin dental care every day. Our team is committed to
actively listen as we explore your health history, your goals, and your past experiences
together to create care that supports your long-term healing process. Our holistic
approach considers how your mouth, airway, microbiome, and nervous system
communicate and influence one another, ensuring that every treatment aligns with your
overall health.
From safe mercury removal following IAOMT principles, and biocompatible materials to
ozone therapy and advanced laser treatments, every choice we make is designed to
promote balance, comfort, and long-term wellness. In our biological dental office,
visiting the dentist is more than an appointment—it’s an experience that can feel calm,
clear, and even a little peaceful.
We Currently Provide Services Including:
Mercury-free dentistry and safe mercury removal following IAOMT principles
BPA-free, ceramic-based composites and zirconia crowns and bridgework
Natural remineralization care
Periodontal therapies, including Perio Protect
Biocompatibility testing
Ozone disinfection therapy

Our team also incorporates cardiovascular-oral health principles informed by Bale-
Doneen preceptorship training, recognizing the strong link between gum disease,
inflammation, and systemic conditions.
If you are looking for a practice where your philosophy of dentistry is valued, we would
love to hear from you.
