Job Description

JCM Family Dental is seeking a skilled, motivated, experienced, and fully bilingual (English and Spanish) General Dentist to join our growing dental practice in Miami, Florida.

We are looking for a confident, well-rounded dentist who is comfortable independently performing a wide range of general, restorative, endodontic, surgical, and implant procedures.

Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively with patients, explain treatment options, and discuss treatment plans in both languages.

This position offers 35% of individual production with no daily guarantee, making it an excellent opportunity for a productive dentist who enjoys comprehensive dentistry.

Required Clinical Skills & Responsibilities

Candidates must be proficient and comfortable independently performing the following procedures:

• Preventive Dentistry: Routine dental cleanings, prophylaxis, comprehensive examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Restorative Dentistry: Crowns, bridges, inlays, onlays, and direct restorations.
• Endodontics: Root canal treatments, including anterior and posterior teeth.
• Oral Surgery: Simple and surgical extractions, including appropriate postoperative management.
• Implant Dentistry: Dental implant placement, restoration, and implant-related treatment planning.
• Comprehensive Patient Care: Develop and present treatment plans, educate patients, and deliver high-quality dentistry.

Preferred Qualifications

• All-on-X / Full-Arch Implant Rehabilitation: Experience with All-on-4, All-on-6, or other full-arch implant procedures is highly preferred but not required.
• Experience with digital dentistry, intraoral scanners, and CAD/CAM workflows.
• Experience with same-day crowns and advanced restorative procedures.
• Strong surgical and prosthodontic skills.

Minimum Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program.
• Active, unrestricted Florida dental license.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (required).
• Ability to explain diagnoses, procedures, informed consent, and treatment plans in both English and Spanish.
• Current professional liability insurance or ability to obtain coverage.
• Demonstrated clinical experience in restorative dentistry, endodontics, extractions, and dental implant placement.
• Excellent communication and patient management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the dental team.
• Commitment to high-quality patient care, professionalism, and ethical treatment recommendations.

Compensation

• 35% of Individual Production
• No Daily Guarantee
• Compensation is strictly production-based, with earnings directly tied to the dentist's individual production.
