General Dentist | Lead Dentist or Ownership Opportunity | Leander, TX
We are an established private practice in fast-growing Leander, and our founding dentist is stepping back from clinical dentistry. We’re looking for an experienced general dentist to lead the practice, either as lead dentist or as partner/owner.

*Responsibilities: *
- Provide high-quality general dental services including restorative, cosmetic, endodontic, and extraction procedures to patients of all ages.
- Lead and manage clinical operations, ensuring adherence to best practices and patient care standards.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Educate patients on oral health maintenance and treatment options, fostering patient relationships
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using digital systems.
- Uphold infection control protocols and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
- Continuously improve clinical skills through ongoing education and training.
We are opened M-Th, 8:30am-5pm, and F, 8:30-3pm.
What We’re Looking For
- DDS or DMD with an active Texas license (or eligibility)
- [3+] years of general dentistry experience
- Cosmetic, endo, extraction, comprehensive clinical skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Provide exceptional patient care
Pay: $150,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
