Position Details
- Four-day workweek! Enjoy a condensed Tuesday–Friday schedule at the southern Minnesota location, generally 7:30 AM–6:00 PM.
- Variety in your workday! Rotate between chairside assisting, examinations, procedures, and other clinical responsibilities to keep your skills sharp.
- Work alongside a collaborative team of dentists, dental therapists, hygienists, and fellow dental assistants.
- Assist with general dentistry, restorative procedures, crowns, fillings, extractions, and other dental services.
- Enjoy a team-based approach where assistants rotate between providers and responsibilities rather than being assigned to the same tasks every day.
- Help patients of all ages feel comfortable and confident while receiving quality dental care.
- Work in an established dental clinic with 17 operatories and a team committed to excellent patient care.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Pay: $28.97–$36.35/hour, based on experience.
- $1,000 sign-on bonus, paid upfront!

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited dental assisting program with current Minnesota dental assisting registration/licensure.
- Current CPR certification.
- Comfortable assisting with dental procedures, preparing instruments, maintaining infection-control standards, and providing patient education.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Enjoys working with patients from diverse backgrounds and helping people feel comfortable during dental visits.
- Expanded-function experience is a plus, but not required!
- Bilingual skills are welcomed.
