We built Santa Clarita's premier prevention-first, fee-for-service practice around one belief: the hygienist-dentist relationship is the most powerful force in patient health outcomes. Our collections hit $2.2M because patients trust us, not because we rush them.

We're growing. And we need a Registered Dental Assistant who gets it.

This isn't a "check boxes and clock out" kind of role. This is for the RDA who walks into a room and the patient immediately feels safer. The one who remembers names, anticipates the doctor's next move, and takes pride in the fact that their chair is the smoothest in the building.

What you'll actually be doing here is working at the top of your license, every single day. Our hygienists are empowered clinicians. Our assistants are trusted partners. You will not be fetching coffee or filing papers that could be automated. You will be delivering an experience that makes patients drive past five other dental offices to get to us.

What we offer:

Compensation starting at $28-34/hr depending on experience,

plus a $1,000 signing bonus for the right candidate. $500 paid at 90 days and $500 at 6 month mark. A team that actually likes each other. A practice with a real vision and a leader who shows up.

What we need from you:

Active California RDA license. Two or more years of clinical experience. Someone who moves fast, communicates clearly, and takes ownership without being asked. Bonus if you've worked in a fee-for-service or GBT practice and already understand why prevention changes everything.
